Daydream VR Console

Haptics and force feedback design for immersive environments

The project is to explore tactility and physicality of the world and brought a sense of physicality to virtual environments through working

with a cross-functional team developing next generation hardware for VR and AR.

In this project, I used Unity to bring the haptic aspect of physical world into virtual reality world.

 


Project 2

Daydream VR Headset

Guest Mode / Multi - Profiles

Design concepts for guest mode experiences, which include entail showing the headset to someone else so that they can experience VR

without a steep learning curve, or without the original owner’s personalized content.

For families, there may be “Who’s watching”-type profiles to help each person get a personalized experience.

This project involves systems thinking and building on patterns from various consumer & entertainment services,

and involve prototyping concepts in VR to preview and validate proposals.
